Lets Reawaken Your Core!

The 7 day Reawaken Your Core Challenge is designed to help you reconnect with your body after delivering your baby in just seven days! Pregnancy and delivery are huge musculoskeletal events and significantly impact your body. Whether you are early postpartum (2 weeks) or had your baby five years ago, now is the time to get started.

During this 7 day challenge you will learn breath mechanics, improve your posture, and start firing those deep core muscles. There are modifications throughout the challenge to help you reach your goal. All you need is a yoga mat, a medium weight (you can use your baby or a weight close to baby’s weight) and 10-15 minutes each day!
